WHAT DRIVES US TO CREATE
THIS URBAN DEVELOPMENT?
SAN PATRICIO
Our project is distinguished by the priority we give to security at all times. We have permanent, state-of-the-art security systems that guarantee the constant protection of our resources and the peace of mind of our residents.
Growing together with the community
Sustainable approach
Our project is based on economic, social and environmental strategies that guarantee healthy and orderly long-term development.
Preservation of ravines and gullies
We prioritize the conservation and protection of the streams in the intervention area. We implemented a remediation plan that includes planting native species to stabilize the slopes, restore the natural landscape, and strengthen the environmental services provided by the streams.
Forestry and landscaping level
We build and maintain public green spaces with a focus on planting native species. We implement low-maintenance, sustainable landscaping that contributes to CO2 filtration, O2 production, and provides shade and cooling for users. With these public green spaces, we create an ecological buffer where urban development integrates with nature’s ecosystemic factors, generating environmental services for birds and pollinating insects essential for a healthy ecosystem.
Forest thinning
We carry out selective felling of diseased, dry or dead trees in an exotic eucalyptus forest to prevent forest fires and encourage the growth of native trees on site, carrying out reforestation campaigns.
Urban trees
We plant native trees in both public parks and public roads, providing shade, regulating the temperature, and contributing to the urban landscape.
Separate public sewerage networks
We implement specific sewage systems to separate rainwater from wastewater, ensuring proper management of water resources.
Water conservation
We use eco-efficient irrigation systems by collecting rainwater in public parks in order to optimize water use.
Long-term planning
The project has been planned in phases over time, ensuring an orderly and sustainable development that meets the needs of the population and the environment.
Other contributions
Nature is our priority. We always work towards its protection. That is why we have 10,042 m2 of conservation areas on the upper edge of the ravine and a native flora nursery for reintroduction.
We work to make community mobility comfortable, safe and accessible, through marked and illuminated trails, bike paths and dual carriageways.
The community is a central focus of the project, which is why we work on proposals to bring people together and offer them different spaces dedicated to connection, culture and leisure.
